Our business is here to support you undertaking yours and we don’t come with the inherent price tag on our services that you would typically expect from the level of customer satisfaction we provide. We offer on demand assistance to your business in areas of Work Health & Safety, Project Management, Quality Management Systems and we are excited to announce that we have just recently added a new service for workplace education and screening for alcohol & other drugs, a service that fits within our aspiration for all places of work to be incident and injury free.

Through our market research and our commitment to a better and more efficient Australian workplace, we have gained a strong understanding of why and we are here to communicate that to you.
Industry Experience
With a background in greenfield telecommunications facility construction, Brenden has established an intricate knowledge base which is diversified across most areas of construction methodology, management of high risk work activities, construction compliance and completion processes.
Drawing on 14 years of construction experience in 2011 Brenden transitioned into the Oil & Gas industry and began managing a broad range of high risk and high profile construction projects which spanned across three of Australia’s biggest resource projects in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland.
In February 2016 Brenden established Commplete Support Pty Ltd, a company dedicated to assist other businesses in raising the bar in all areas of business compliance.

Teresa Kay

I find all the intricacies that come with the concept of personnel development fascinating. In fact, I have dedicated much of my career to working with people at their own level, assisting them to establish their goals, and prescribing the right encouragement for them to drive towards achieving those goals. I believe that personnel and professional development are interdependent of each other, and when these are focused on, other aspects of our lives are also enhanced for the better.
It is within my nature to be enthusiastic about assisting business owners and their respective teams with identifying and implementing contemporary business ideas with the intention of improved day to day operations, customer retention and marketing. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than arming employers and individuals with the right tools, policies, procedures and knowledge to improve performance and achieve targets they aspire towards.
Industry Experience
After ongoing studies in the area of health and wellbeing, Teresa commenced her career practicing massage therapy for over 4 years. In 1998 and drawing upon lifelong skills acquired from high level competition gymnastics, Teresa began structuring, implementing and coaching programs for youth gymnastics which established a foundation knowledge in leadership and team motivation.
Her passion and natural ability in small business ownership, internet based marketing and social media development seen Teresa establish and successfully operate a globally renowned fitness affiliate for more than 4 years within a locally competitive marketplace.
